"Improvisation is freedom. It is total flight. When I improvise, I am truly myself, with no ego and zero judgement. For me, improvisation is more than an art form – it's a way of life."
ABOUT ME…
I am an actress, improviser and teacher based in Israel. Since graduating from the Yoram Loewenstein Acting Studio in 2002, I have acted in diverse theater, film and television productions in Israel (including one super cool horror movie).
Upon discovering the world of improvisation in 2005, I have performed with several improv groups: Improline, H-B-A and an all-woman ensemble named Anna's Friends. In 2015, I joined the improv group LAMABATI and we perform throughout Israel and in festivals all over the world.
I performed and instructed in improv festivals around the world, including FiiF 2016 (Finland International Improv Festival) and Tilt 2016 (Talin International Improv Festival). I also officiated improv competitions in Israel, including Israel's 2015 National Improv Championship.
"Improvisation is freedom. It is total flight. When I improvise, I am truly myself, with no ego and zero judgement. For me, improvisation is more than an art form – it's a way of life."
I teach acting and improvisation since 2010. My teaching spans acting schools, high schools, private groups and a theatre school for orthodox Jews. I also coach several improv troupes, including an all-orthodox women's group.
I am the co-founder and director of “20,000 Words”, an improv performance and workshop that teaches and discusses gender equality throughout Israel.
I am a coach and trainer at D-Theatro, a company that utilizes theatre and improv mediums to provide indoor training and coaching workshops to diverse organizations, with the goal of enhancing inter-personal communication and soft skills. I am the artistic director of "Not Just for Actors", an improvised performance created by D-Theatro, which takes audience participation to the limit.
I am married and a mother to three children (including two adorable twins). I love escape rooms Apps, Moroccan cooking, crazy water park slides and detective dramas. I am a brown belt in Jujitsu, and my favorite animal is the sea turtle.
